The main difference is that they want to focus exclusively on the grocery and optimize every step.
Amazon has a huge warehouse where the food and other products they deliver are, and it’s the same thing for Franprix: it’s a traditional supermarket where a rider is going to pick up your groceries in the nearest store and bring them to you.
La Belle Vie has developed all their tools from scratch, giving them the opportunity to propose one of the most efficient grocery delivery services.
